JetWave X will connect to the new ViaSat-3 Ka-band satellite network from the moment it comes online in 2025, an estimated two years before any other terminal for business jets will be able to access both the new constellation and legacy network.

JetWave X will continue to access the proven Global Xpress network, which plans to add new satellites to the GX constellation in the 2025-2027 timeframe.

Advanced Data Control

Advanced Data Control (ADC) is Honeywell’s smart connectivity management system built into JetWave X. It seamlessly combines multiple satellite and air-to-ground links—GEO, MEO, HEO, and future LEO—into one optimized onboard network. ADC automatically prioritizes traffic by application type, ensures uninterrupted service through intelligent failover, and tailors bandwidth for different user groups like VIPs, crew, and guests. It reacts in real time to outages or coverage gaps, delivering the best available connection for every activity—whether streaming, video calls, or mission-critical tasks. ADC makes connectivity smarter, more resilient, and personalized.

JetWave X enables operators to move seamlessly between Ka-band networks and services to take advantage of new networks or pricing. Compatibility with future Ka-band networks is built into the open architecture of JetWave X, making it truly network-agnostic and future-proof.
