You can request online access to technical manuals and publications, including content your company already subscribes to.

To request access:

  1. Register for the Customer Portal
    • Click Sign In at the top of the page, then select Register.
  2. Sign in to your account
    • After registering, sign in to the customer portal.
  3. Open your account settings
    • Click your name in the top navigation and select Manage My Account.
  4. Request Technical Publications access
    • On the Manage My Account page, scroll down and select Request Access under Technical Publications.

Pilot and Crew Members automatically see a default experience tailored to the Pilot Gateway, with the flexibility to switch to a General View at any time. Users can further personalize their experience by saving aircraft and receiving relevant notification updates. Technical Publications allows up to 25 aircraft to be saved and displayed on the portal home page, providing quick access to all associated publications.

 

To personalize your experience:

  1. Sign in to the Technical Publications website.
  2. Select the Hangar menu from the navigation.
  3. Save your aircraft to receive tailored content and notifications related to your selections.
  4. Use the view toggle to switch between Pilot Gateway and General View, as needed.

Your preferences help ensure you see the most relevant manuals, publications, and updates based on your role and aircraft.

To ensure successful publication downloads and an uninterrupted experience in the Technical Publications portal, your browser must allow popups and redirects for this site.

 

What you need to do:

  • Configure your browser settings to allow popups and redirects for the Technical Publications website.
  • Because browser settings and menus vary and are frequently updated, we recommend using your browser’s help documentation or searching online for “How to allow popups in [your browser name]” for the most current instructions.

     

Some publications require an active subscription or entitlement in order to download their content.

You can identify these publications by the “Request Publication” or “Request Subscription” link displayed in the search results or document details.

 

To request access:

  • Select the Request Publication or Request Subscription link associated with the document.

     

  • Submit the request for review based on your company’s entitlements.

Once submitted, your request will be evaluated and processed accordingly.

If you identify an error or issue with a publication’s content or metadata, you can report it directly within the Technical Publications website.

 

To submit a discrepancy:

  1. Sign in to the Technical Publications website.
  2. Search for the publication in question
  3. Select Report Discrepancy.
  4. Complete and submit the discrepancy report form.

Your submission will be reviewed by the appropriate team.

The Technical Publications website provides access to a wide range of aerospace documentation, including:

  • Illustrated Parts Catalogs (IPC) – Parts identification and illustrations
  • Engine Manuals – Maintenance, light maintenance, inspection, repair, and overhaul manuals
  • Component Manuals – Overhaul and maintenance instructions for specific components
  • Service Bulletins – Alerts, recommended and optional updates, rework instructions, and parts changes
  • Ground Equipment Manuals – Maintenance instructions for ground support equipment
  • Tool & Test Equipment Manuals – Special tools and test equipment information
  • Technical Letters & News – Service Information Letters (SILs) and customer communications

Availability of specific publications may depend on your role, company entitlements, and subscriptions.

After signing in, go to the Case Management page to view the status of your cases. From there, you can review case details, upload documents, and respond to messages related to your cases or your company’s cases.
