We have processes in place to identify products containing substances of very high concern (SVHCs) above 0.1% by weight. Though products included as part of or in support of aircraft equipment fall under the EU RoHS Article 2(4)(f) means of transport exclusion, Honeywell Aerospace has adopted a Lead-Free Control Plan in accordance with the Government Electronics & Information Technology Association (GEIA) standards to manage the transition to lead-free materials used in our electronic assemblies. We also actively participate on industry committees chartered to govern the introduction of lead-free materials into the aerospace market.
